Q: What kind of certificate you have?
A: CE&Rohs , IECEE , SAA ,IP rate approved and so on .
Q:How long it will take for sample making?
A: 3-5 workings days after payment
Q:What is your lead time for the mass products such as 5000 units per item?
A: about 25 days after received payment and sample confirmation if 5000 units or more .
Q:What is your payment terms?
A: T/T, alibaba trade assurance, western union , credit card .
Q:How to place the customized order?
A: Our engineer would draw a drawing according to your idea . after sketch finished and confirmation , model and sample would be made as the sketch . at last ,production will be arranged according to sample .
